College of Science for Girls Revives the Short Film and Photographs Festival:
Under the slogan (peace on Iraq) the college of science/university of Baghdad /the unit of sport activity held a festival of the short film and photographs in cooperation with Al-Maa’rif University College where the Hall of continuing education of the concerned college embraced the activities of the festival that included the displaying of three films : the first film is called (Al-shawaa’b fi watan or Bugs in the Homeland );the second film is called (Al-Talib Hadhihi Al-Lahdha or The student at this moment) whereas the third filmand the last introduced one is called ( Al-Irada wa Al- Israr or The will and the determination). Dr.Nada Al-Ansari Dean of the college of Science for girls delivered a speech where she praised and estimated the efforts of the staff including professors and students and their active role to make this festival successful and Al-Insari called for holding a conference attended by students .The items of the festival contain opening an exhibition of photographs and reciting poems and the festival has concluded, where a large number of teachers and students attended it ,with submitting appreciation certificates to the participants.
