College of medicine participates in a symposium at DNA Forensic Research and Training Center
Assistant Prof. Dr. Nabil Ghazi Hashim an instructor at the department of pathology and forensic medicine at the college of medicine, University of Baghdad participated in a symposium entitled (implications of the spread of drugs in Iraq) held at DNA forensic center for research and training at Nahrain. The lecturer presented the third paper on drugs where he talked about their physical, psychological and social consequences as well as some basic definitions and historical aspects of this kind of abuse in Iraq, how to diagnose such cases and proposed solutions. The symposium concluded with recommendations focusing on how to educate citizens, especially young people to the dangers of drugs.
