Institute of genetic engineering discusses the relationship among thermal shock gene models

Institute of genetic engineering and biotechnology for postgraduate studies at University of Baghdad witnessed the discussion of M.A thesis submitted by the student “Jassip Abdul Nabi Thjil” entitled “study of the relationship among thermal shock gene models (hsp70) and the disease of lack of serious sperm among some Iraqi patients. This study addressed two main axes, the first one is extraction of DNA from (50) patients and (50) healthy males at Kamal al-Samarai hospital for fertility, sterility and external fertilization. The second axis dealt with a molecular study of (hspalp, hspa11) through the use of private initiators and (PCR) technique as well as mutations using sequences analysis.
