Department of biology at Ibn Al-Haitham college of education for pure sciences, University of Baghdad organized a symposium of virus diseases that addressed many topics such as the relationship between the immune system with virus diseases, immune response mechanisms and its relation to bacterial infections and that the human genome contains viral genomes, the role of virus in the emergence and development of oncology cancer within body tissues as well as how to prevent bacterial diseases and the importance of early detection through the use of antibiotic therapy.
