Baghdad University’s football team achieved the top rank in the Iraqi universities championship held in Basra after winning the final match with Dhi Qar University’s team after scoring seven goals against one goal. This match witnessed an exciting atmosphere and a remarkable attendance. The coach Ali Saad chose a list of distinctive players including Mustafa Bajai, Muhajer Sami, Mohammed Adel, Ali Salam, Leith Hussein and Mahdi Hakim who contributed in this achievement.
