Within the prospects of scientific cooperation, a delegation from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice visits the faculty of media


The faculty of media at University of Baghdad witnessed a concrete scientific openness to connect and interlock with government and private universities as well as fostering cooperation with discreet foreign universities in various disciplines as a result of its professors’ experience in the field of information and communication. Associate dean of the faculty for administrative affairs, Assistant Prof. Dr. Ammar Taher Mohammed stated that the target of the college is to exchange knowledge and competence with Arab and foreign universities in the fields of scientific research and electronic information revolution, adding that Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy made a scientific visit to the college of mass media to keep abreast of its infrastructure, scientific laboratories and training workshops. Head of radio and television journalism department Assistant Prof. Dr. Eman Abdul Rahman stated that the Italian delegation presented HD movie using (3D) technology and its effects and developments in line with the great revolution in information technology and informatics. The visiting delegation expressed its happiness for the development that witnessed by the college of mass media and providing the appropriate scientific climate for its students through the establishment of a diverse and a developed workshops and valued the role of deanery in bringing all that would enhance its students to be equipped with extensive practical experience required in labor market.
