Professor Dr. Hassan Mindeel, an instructor at the faculty of education for women, University of Baghdad got the scientific excellence award for best writer and author of the humanities and this honor came on the occasion of the Science Day. This reflects the care shown by the ministry of higher education and scientific research towards the outstanding outcomes of the Iraqi mind, as well as in its quest to support the educational process and knowledge of Iraqi scholars and its appreciation of the scientists.
