President of Baghdad University inaugurates scientific laboratories at Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering


President of Baghdad University, Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasool inaugurated a number of utilities at Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering, including eight scientific laboratories, library, student club, indoor sports hall, volleyball and basketball courts and a special hall in the presence of University president’ assistant for scientific affairs, assistant prof. Dr. Osama Fadhil Abdul Latif and the administrative assistant of University president, assistant prof. Dr. Riyad Khalil khammas and several deans of the faculties at University of Baghdad. He stated that opening such labs would improve graduates and preparing him to job market, adding that the projects submitted by the fourth stage students are distinguished since the address futuristic ideas that might provide a real service for university and society. Dean of the college, assistant Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Saraj said that this college is the only one in Iraq dealing with science borders and it did not have a separate building of its own, but the deanery has initiated it over two years.
