Faculty of nursing witnesses a discussion on the pollution of Tigris
Faculty of nursing at University of Baghdad in cooperation with the department of health and environment at the ministry of environment witnessed an educational symposium entitled “pollution of Tigris” in the presence of the dean, Prof. Dr. Iqbal Ghanem Ali and her assistants for administrative and scientific symposium. It dealt with the importance of raising awareness for protecting Tigris from pollution with sewage since it would reflect negatively on the lives of citizens that would lead to dangerous diseases as well as epidemics via contaminated water. The symposium was attended by heads of departments and a number of professors and students.
