Discussion of MA thesis at the faculty of political sciences on French foreign policy

  The faculty of political sciences at Baghdad University witnessed the discussion of MA thesis entitled “French foreign policy towards Iran after 2007” submitted by the student “Rawaa Talib Dawood” from the department of the international studies supervised by Assistant Prof. Dr. Satam Hussein Alwan. The researcher hinted to the concept of foreign policy for being one of the most important State events that implemented its objectives in the international community since the State is the basic unit of any society that exercises the foreign policy and draw the strategy of the state in order to achieve the fundamental objectives of maintaining independence and maintain its sovereignty as well as protecting its national security and developing its economic level, asserting that these objectives determine the strength of the State in the international community as a tool that keeps its sovereignty and security. The committee approved the thesis after delivering a number of recommendations and observations to be taken into account by the scholar, wishing him continued success and glamour in the scientific and academic fields.
