Russian journal publishes a scientific paper by a researcher from Baghdad university

  The Russian journal of university of Nizhny Novgorod has published a paper in its issue (no.2), 2015 made by an Iraqi instructor teaching at the center for strategic and international studies at university of Baghdad, assistant professor Dr. Rahim Ali al-Fawadi entitled “codified grammatical relationship of Deuteronomy in Arabic and Russian languages. This paper dealt with the grammatical properties of Deuteronomy in Arabic since it is a symbol of the typical Semitic language that maintained all its rules thanks to the Holy Quran, and its relationship with Russian language on the basis of standard grammar, since Arabic is considered as a full evidence to revive the rules of Deuteronomy in other Semitic languages such as Akkadian and Assyrian. The paper revealed that the rules of Deuteronomy in Latin, Slavonic and ancient Russian language are the heir to ancient Church Slavonic language, thanks to Arabic for being called as a codified heavenly language. It is worth mentioned that this journal is published by the Russian ministry of education and science, university of Nizhny Novgorod and it is accredited by the ministry for having Impact Factor.
