Medical and basic sciences department in the college of nursing at the university of Baghdad organized a symposium entitled (the scientific inimitability in the Holy Quran) to improve the scientific research in this subject that concerns much attention from scientists, scholars and researchers in various scientific fields and attracts great debate especially in universities through seminars, conferences, seminars and discussion circles. A lecture was delivered by the teacher (Bushra Ali Kadhim), an instructor in the department of medical and basic sciences where she introduced the scientific phenomena that occur in nature, interpretation of Quran, research sources, its curriculua, the differing attitudes of scientists towards the scientific facts discovered, the future of inimitability in the Holy Quran in terms of its function and applications, its impact on the cultural life in general and the scientific life in particular. The researcher noted that the present era is distinguished by the technological, biological and digital revolutions that awakened the human mind and stirred his desire to do researches, laboratory and field experiments in everywhere and in every area, so these researches allowed man to discover many things such as micro organisms and creatures that were not seen before in heaven, earth, air or in deep seas and oceans, weather in the world of matter, beings or medicine. The researcher showed that scientific facts were reached at by laboratory and field experiments towards more precise understanding of Qur’an, with the aim of producing new knowledge in the light of certain findings and a vision for future to benefit from Quran and the results of scientific research and its applications in the field of Qur’anic studies in life at all levels.
