College of arts / university of Baghdad invites the researchers to participate effectively in its scientific symposium about genocide in Iraq
College of arts / university of Baghdad has invited all the researchers who had research contributions in genocide to participate in the symposium that the college will hold on the 20th of October under the title “ the genocide in Iraq /historical dimensions and the psychological and social vestiges.” The official of the college media unit has reported the cores of the symposium which include discussing “ the social, political and religious factors of the genocide ,the psychological and social vestiges of the genocide in Iraq, the genocide in the light of the justifiable ideology of violence and terrorism, the spatial distribution of the burials of the victims of genocide and its relation to the ethnic and racial affiliation of the victims , the history of the genocide in Iraq and the Arab region and the world, contrastive historical and archaeological studies. The purpose of holding this symposium is to document the crimes committed by the terrorist gangs, the massacres committed by the former regime and to shed light on the mass graves in Iraq. It is worth mentioning that college of arts has been ready with the beginning of the new academic year to hold symposiums, conferences and other activities in order to enhance the scientific career and serve the society. It also seeks to fulfill the system of quality administration according to international standards.
