Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering participates in the annual festival of music and folk poetry

Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering at the university of Baghdad participated in the annual university festival of music held by the division of activities, sports and art at the university of Baghdad as part of its annual curriculum with the attendance of a large number of professors and instructors from various faculties, institutes and centers at the university of Baghdad, as well as directors of the units of artistic activities, academic figures and a large crowd of university students amid extensive media coverage. The participation of al-Khwarizmi was active including singing national songs followed by playing guitar that won the admiration of the attendants who praised the efforts made by the college in organizing this festival. In the same context, folk poetry and poems talking about patriotism, unity and brotherhood among the one people of all sects were praised also since these cultural activities are considered as extracurricular ones that contribute in developing and strengthening the scientific and cultural march, wishing for the members and students of the university of Baghdad good luck, success and progress.
