The university of Baghdad embraces a foreign delegation in a scientific symposium

The presidency of the university of Baghdad embraced a scientific delegation from the universities of the Islamic republic of Iran, Turkey and the university of Kyushu in Japan in a symposium on (the development and updating of knowledge resources of the curriculum of history) held under the patronage of his excellency the minister of higher education and scientific research, Mr. Ali Mohammed Hussein al-Adeeb, in collaboration with the department of research and development under the slogan (a step towards the application of a national strategy for education and higher education in Iraq). The symposium was presided by the chancellor of the ministry for educational affairs and curriculum development, assistant professor Dr. Mohsen Abdul Ali al-Furaiji, director general of the department of research, assistant prof. Dr. Mohamed Abid Attia al-Saraj, president of the university of Baghdad, president of Al-Nahrain university with participation of a number of scientific researches forwarded by the delegation to Dr. Mohammad Jawad Abu al-Qasimi from the department of international affairs at (SMT) foundation at Iran in addition to research papers presented by Dr. Hirok and Dr. Dai yamao from the university of Kyushu in Japan, the organization of Islamic cooperation in Istanbul with a number of Iraqi universities. The aim of the research is to develop curriculum of history in the Iraqi universities, how to coordinate and integrate them, failure in writing it and the necessity of its amendment.
