A lecture entitled preparation and diagnosis of a new Schiff base and some metallic complexes derived from Klausel acid

Within the cultural season of the department of chemistry at the college of education for pure sciences – Ibn al-Haytham and with the presence of assistant of the dean for student affairs, assistant prof. Dr. Hassan Ahmed Hassan and head of the department of chemistry, Dr.  Alaa Karim Mohammed and a large number of instructors, a lecture was held entitled (preparation and diagnosis of a new Schiff base and some metallic complexes derived from Klausel acid  and Ortho – phenylene Dai Amin) that was deivered by Dr. Jassim Shihab Jassim Sultan at the hall of the late Fahad Ali Hussein. The lecture dealt with how to prepare Klausel acid  and Ortho – phenylene Dai Amin and diagnosing them by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance and analysis of carbon elements. Ligand complexes were also prepared and diagnosed by atomic absorption that were of eight surfaces shape.
