Minister of higher education describes the university of Baghdad as the glare of the higher education in Iraq

His excellency, the minister of higher education and scientific research, prof. Ali Mohammed Hussein al-Adeeb granted a certificate of appreciation to the university of Baghdad for its role in restoring the glare and sobriety of higher education in Iraq. The certificate was signed by the minister in February affirming the importance of the scientific and cognitive achievement made by the university of Baghdad and the size of the progress that has witnessed both in terms of scientific researches and the level of organization and management to raise the scientific and teaching level so that Iraq would return to its leading place with the efforts of its good sons.
