An instructor from the university of Baghdad wins the award of creativity at Cairo festival for radio and television

The program entitled (rhetorical touches) prepared and presented by Dr. Talal Khalifa Salman , an instructor in the department of Arabic language at the college of education for women – the university of Baghdad, won the creativity award at the festival of Cairo for Arabic radio and television.This program is presented weekly on al-Furqan channel which is one of the Iraqi T.V channels related to the Iraqi Media Network. Dr. Talal Khalifa is keen to prepare and present this program for more than two years, in addition to preparing other radio and T.V programs such as (Koranic pictures), (In the house of Koran), (Reflections in taff record) and other programs. The Cairo festival includes annual competitions for Arabic radio and television programs Arabic and was held at the end of the last September with the participation of (60) Arabic radio and satellite channels where Iraq won (46) awards ahead of many Arab countries by receiving many awards.
