Selecting a Female Faculty Member from the University of Baghdad, Editor of an International Journal
Prof.Dr. Taghreed Hashim Al-Noor from the Department of Chemistry in the college of Education, Pure Science (Ibn al-Haytham) is selected as editor of the journal: (The Peak Journal of Physical and Environmental Science Research (PJPESR)). This journal is published monthly in English by (PEAK) of electronic issuance that publishes articles and advanced researches in the areas of physical science, environmental and earth science, mathematics, analytical and environmental chemistry,environmental life science, , environment, geographical and environmental science, physics, and the study of the effect of the atmosphere on terrestrial environments and water pollution control and treatment,and conservation of natural resources, environmental health and toxicology, mining, and Computer Science.
The above publishing house published several scientific journals supported in various scientific disciplines: Pure and Applied. It is worth mentioning that Prof. Dr.Taghreed Hashim has recently been selected as scientific assessor in two world scientific journals : (Journal of Natural Sciences Research) issued in the United States and (Journal of engineering science & Technology-School of Engineering, Taylor’s University) issued in Malaysia, for her publishing of (13) researches outside Iraq in scientific referred and credited journals and she is considered one of the persevered researchers in this area in order to exit the process of scientific publishing of local and Arab level to the international scientific level and competeing the internationally published researches in order to identify the level of research and Iraqi Scholar.
