Abstract of patent:

This Patent aims to produce biophosphate fertilizer relying on the reaction of organic acids (which produce as metabolit of whey by Azomonas spp) with phosphate rock by using local fermentation system manufactured for this purpose.

The patent include also the evaluation of the broth and solid biofertilizer on supply potato with phosphors and other nutrients when it planted at calcarious soil of two Ec, 3.6 and 5.66 ds.cm/m.

Results of patent showed that fermentation of diluted whey (5% v/v) by Azomonas spp led to production of oxalic and citric acid and the latter achieved in increasing the solubility of phosphate rock which used at (23% w/v) during maximum period of six days at 28C, as well as its contribution to the liberation of some nutrients like nitrogen, calcium, mayusium, zinc and iron from phosphate rock.
