College of education for humanities (Ibn Rushd) at University of Baghdad held a meeting on new instructions for scientific promotions under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Neimah Shihab and Assis. Prof. Maki Ghazi. The attendants discussed controls concerning scientific promotions for professors who publish their research in global sober journals.
