Department of Student Affairs and Authentications at the University of Baghdad issued a summary of duties in 2012

  Department of Student Affairs and authentications at University of Baghdad issued a summary of duties carried out in the department in 2012 in addition to the plan of the department in 2013. The summary included the completion of the works of Department from (2/1-31/12/2012) distributed by the main axes of the department including correspondences of undergraduate studies (8417) , correspondences of examining undergraduate certificates (Bachelor, Diploma, MA, PhD) amounted to (19,064) and authentications of (37,779) of the university documents (Bachelor, Diploma, MA, PhD, in addition to (16178) certificates that are examined in terms of Confirmation of issuing,of which (249) certificates are fake. The concerned authorities was informed of these documents, in addition to the number of undergraduate documents (Bachelor, Higher Diploma, Masters, PhD) (37 779) authenticated and distributed according to colleges and institutes and the number of documents of high school issued of the admitted students to the university colleges of the academic year 2011/2012 and in collaboration with the Ministry of Education / certification Directorate were (12831) (Finished examined by colleges and in coordination with the University) The number of students admitted for the academic year 2012/2013 of the evening studies were (5624) and the number of students admitted of the academic year 2012/2013 on the direct channel admission of total were (840) .
