College of Engineering Participates in the Seventh Regional Conference in Australia
Dr. Safaa Nuri Hamad, a professor in the Department of Water Resources Engineering and a member of the National Committee on Irrigation and drainage in the Ministry of Water Resources, participated at the sixty third meeting of the Executive Board of the International Agency for irrigation and drainage and the seventh Asian Regional Conference that are held at Aedlaad City- Australia. The conference included several sessions wher scientific researches on water resources engineering topics were displayed while the Executive Board meeting included review of the Agency’s work over the past year and the election of members of the supervisory body and determine the venue of the next conference. The participation was based on a nomination of the Ministry of Water Resources.
