The Secretary General of the central library at The University of Baghdad, Aieda Mustafa Salman has recently participated in the first regional conference of the digital map of Arab libraries and information centers held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo.
It is noteworthy that the director of the department of information, documentation and translation, Dr. Hala Jaad was honored with a certificate of appreciation for her research paper entitled “Digital map of Arab libraries and information centers: Experience of the republic of Iraq (reality and hope)” as well as her active and distinguished role as a volunteer partner and coordinator of the digital map and the establishment of several workshops and courses for map detectors of the Republic of Iraq.
