Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering at The University of Baghdad participated in a scientific symposium sponsored by the department of research and development at the ministry of oil aimed at discussing prospects of cooperation between the two sides in the field of applying the outcomes of higher education in the service of ministries and state institutions.
Assist. Prof Dr. Nameer Ahmed Fouad, Assist. Prof. Dr. Issra Abdul Wahab and Dr. Ahmed Rahman Jassim delivered lectures on the departments of mechatronics engineering and biochemistry and their relationship with the oil sector. The participants suggested opening a study of mechatronics engineering and biochemistry at the institutes of oil related with the ministry.
