The college of engineering at the University of Baghdad inaugurated its exhibition for scientific achievements sponsored by the department of architectural engineering in the presence of His Excellency the minister of higher education and scientific research, Prof. Dr. Qusai al-Suhail who honored the creative works that won international awards, as well as graduation projects of the four stage students.
His Excellency the minister expressed his interest in the architectural ideas presented there for being resulted from real problems encountered by students where he gave valuable notes about a number of architectural designs and visions, green spaces and building standards adopted in their designs.
At the conclusion of this visit, the dean of the college Prof. Dr. Saba Jabbar dedicated a memorial shield to Dr. Qusai al-Suhail as an expression of gratitude of the faculty and its members for his follow-up and interest in the educational process.
