Center for market research holds its seventh conference on consumer protection  


The center for market research and consumer protection held its 7th national conference under the slogan (Consumer protection as a national duty) in cooperation with the ministry of industry and minerals.

The objective of this conference was to present various scientific and economic products in the field of consumer protection, as well as to promote the interconnection between public and private sectors in Iraq and the role of at the University of Baghdad in community service. Several topics were addressed in this event including the pattern of investment of projects in the investment environment, recycling of electronic waste, accumulation of waste in Baghdad and methods of recycling, consumer rights and how to ensure fair trade and managing obstacles in the process of marketing of pharmaceutical products. The nutritional axis examined the feasibility of packaging plastic cans in foodstuffs.
