University of Baghdad hosted the celebration of the selection of Baghdad as the best Arab capital for professional training in 2019 represented by the center of continuing education.
Director of the center, Assist. Prof. Dr. Marwan Hamid Ashour pointed out that this achievement is the outcome of the efforts and contacts made with the Arab Trainers Union and is considered as the beginning of a new march for our university. This event witnessed the presence of Prof. Dr. Fouad Kassim the Undersecretary of the ministry of higher education for scientific affairs, Ahmed Akl the ambassador of Palestine, Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasool the Rector of the University of Baghdad, Associate Rector for administrative affairs Prof. Dr. Harith Ibrahim Jaafar, director of the department of information and public relations at the ministry Dr. Thamia al-Rubaie and a number of university professors.
