Dr. Najat Ali al-Tamimi, a professor from the department of Islamic culture and archaeology at the college of Islamic sciences participated in the international conference held and sponsored by the University of Mosul entitled (Antiquities and heritage of Nineveh: fragrance of the past and prospects for future).

This conference witnessed the participation of 200 Iraqi, Arab and foreign scholars who attended the proceedings of eleven sessions, where Dr. Najat Ali presented a research paper on the ancient architecture of Al-Hadar city in Nineveh dating back to the age of the Parthian Empire (139 BC-226 AD).
