Head of the department of Italian language at the college of languages, Dr. Bahaa Najim Mahmoud discussed with a number of professors from the University of Venice, Italy ways to improve the performance of the department and its academic curriculum. This came during a meeting with the director of the Italian language laboratory where the two sides discussed signing a draft of cooperation agreement under which the University of Venice would be in charge of developing the department of Italian language at the college as well as giving free courses and inviting Italians professors to visit Iraq.
