The college of fine arts held its 18th scientific conference entitled (contemporary art and technology) in the presence of the representative of the Rector of University of Baghdad Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Mutshar Abdul Saheb, dean of the college of law. Dean of the college of fine arts, Prof. Dr. Raad Abdul Jabbar Thamer delivered a speech in which he noted that the conference meeting this year is highly distinguished with the participation of 57 sober researches. The professors discussed various themes such as the effect of acid solutions on porcelain glass and the interactive context of the inferred thinking and its relationship to aesthetic taste of students of fine arts as well as the role of technology in contemporary photoplastic art. The aim of the conference is to encourage research in contemporary fine arts technology through the aesthetic employment of digital techniques in arts.
