College of science at University of Baghdad hosted a delegation from a number of Malaysian universities with the aim of opening up prospects for joint scientific and academic cooperation between the two sides. Dean of the college, Prof. Raed Kamel Naji made a tour with the visiting guests among the scientific departments and gave a brief overview of the college’ academic history, curricula and the need for openness to international educational and research institutions for the sake of exchanging experiences and to sign terms of a twinning agreement after obtaining special approvals. The aforementioned twinning program would include matters related to the accommodation of the first stage students in Malaysia, graduation certificates, training of professors as well as possibilities of supervision on postgraduate studies.
