Dr. Amir Thahir Hamidi,a professor from the department of pathology and forensic medicine at the college of medicine, University of Baghdad participated in a training course for pathologists sponsored by Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. The aim of the course held at St. Andrea Hospital in Rome was to inform and train participants on the latest diagnostic histological examination in the field of pathology and recent developments in this regard. It is noteworthy that Dr. Amir Thahir Hamidi has the Iraqi board degree in pathological tissue and holds the position of Associate Dean for administrative affairs at the college.
