Director of the pioneer national center for cancer research at University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Nada Abdul Sahib Al-Alwan held a scientific workshop on the inauguration of a scientific database for documentation of cancer cases diagnosed in Kurdistan region. Dr. Nada Al-Alwan delivered a lecture at the research center of Soran University on how to collaborate to control breast cancer in Iraq in light of the latest recorded statistics at the national, regional and global levels. The two sides agreed to draft a memorandum of understanding that would include planning for the establishment of a joint scientific platform between the university of Baghdad and Soran University to exchange information and promote projects regarding this vital issue.
