At its 8th session, the council of the faculty of medicine, University of Baghdad issued a resolution approving a proposal submitted by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Faham, director of scientific affairs at the college to open a consulting clinic for various medical specializations administered by faculty professors and medical staff. Dr. Mohammed Al-Faham stated that such a clinic is expected to be opened in the near future by investment with the private sector after the completion of its due process approvals and procedures and it will provide consultations, medical services and advanced laboratory tests, as well as training graduate and postgraduate students and it will receive patients for 24-hours a day to provide medical services with nominal wages.
