Development and continuing education Center at University of Baghdad held in cooperation with the faculties of fine arts and media and Children’s Culture Publishing House at the ministry of culture and tourism and archaeology a symposium entitled (Investment of comics and animation in academic community service). The symposium aimed at introducing this kind of art that combine words, printed images, movements as well as music to produce a fine work since it attracts many young students and artists. This event included exhibitions at the General Secretariat of the Central Library such as short stories and other publications for children in addition to paintings of the faculty of fine arts.
