Faculty of engineering at University of Baghdad held a meeting for the members of editorial boards and scientific committees of scientific journals issued by the faculty of engineering: (Journal of the faculty of engineering, Journal of Arab universities union, Iraqi journal of the chemical engineering). Dean of the college Prof. Saba Jabbar Neima stressed the necessity of upgrading and development of the reality of the university formations to achieve accreditation according to the terms of publication and mechanisms adopted in this regard. The audience listened to a detailed explanation about the experience of global and local journals and reached at constructive proposals for the development of scientific research as well as holding other meetings and evaluation of publishing parameters according to the approved contexts in international journals.
