With the aim of promoting the scientific cooperation and exchange of theoretical and practical experiences between professors and students at Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering and their counterparts at the college of engineering, University of Karbala, a delegation of professors and students of the department of biomedical engineering, University of Karbala visited Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering and they were welcomed by head of department, Assistant teacher Nibras Hussein Ghaib and the faculty members. The visitors kept abreast the medical laboratories, biomedical and electro-medical equipment used and how to maintain them such as (Bio PAC) used in measuring muscle signals and analysis device called (ECG) used in the analysis of brain signals and measurement of electrical heart signals as well as (Potiemoniter) used in measuring blood oxygen, electrical heart signals, respiratory rate and retractive blood pressure.
