Educational and psychological research center at University of Baghdad organized a scientific symposium entitled “educational mechanisms to strengthen the performance of the leading personality and community building” that witnessed four lectures delivered by professors at the center. The lectures shed light on personality traits including the ability of perception and decision making without hesitation and how to accept the reality of the human self away from selfishness when solving problems so that one’s personality will be creative, innovative and affect others.
