Baghdad University Council resolutions – 11th session

Extension study postgraduate students (second term):

The Council considered considered Graduate Department notes with d number p/293, 296, 262, 278 dated on 18, 20 and 23/2/2014 on the extension to examine graduate students described their course (attached), (ii) the extension of the duration and the justifications mentioned about name them all, and after the debate, the Council adopted resolution.

Resolution

Agree to extend the duration of graduate students study described their course (attached), (ii) the extension of the duration and the justifications mentioned about name them all.

Extension of the PhD student study (Sundos Zeidan Khalaf)/College of education for women (second extension):

The Council considered the memorandum considered graduate with d p/264, dated 19/2/2014 on the recommendation of the Council of the College of education for girls eighteenth meeting held on 28/1/2014 involved agree to extend the duration of the PhD student survey (Sundos Zeidan Khalaf)/competence date extensions (ii) for a period of 6 months, after seeing the school described in biography (attached) and see the reasons for granting the extension and debate the Council adopted resolution follows:

Resolution

Agree to extend the duration of the PhD student study (Sundos Zeidan Khalaf)/competence date extensions (ii) for a period of three months only to the reasons and justifications mentioned in (attached).

Mechanism of cooperation/College of dentistry:

The Board considered a note by the Scientific Affairs Department number 128 on 15/2/2014 and its attachment to the dental school’s book number d/39/1327 Committee NOC included cooperation mechanism in college teachers concerning the mentioned below to visit Baghdad schools to give lectures to educate school children to take care of their teeth as follows:

Resolution

Approving employees mentioned above to visit Baghdad schools to give lectures to educate school children to take care of their teeth based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.

Mechanism of cooperation/Faculty of engineering:

The Board considered a note by the Scientific Affairs Department number 151, dated 20/2/2014 and the annex to the recommendation of the Committee on cooperation mechanism in College mentioned in its fourth meeting held on 5/2/2014 regarding approval of contract a. m. d. Firas Mohammed Taima of teaching staff in the Department of electrical engineering and Director of continuing education at the College with the Ministry of industry and minerals as a member of the Board of directors hold one General Ministry based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non- Related Ministry (160) for 2009, after the debate, the Council adopted resolution.

Approval of contract a. m. d. Firas Mohammed Taima of teaching staff in the Department of electrical engineering and Director of continuing education at Faculty of engineering with the Ministry of industry and minerals as a member of the Board of directors hold one General Ministry based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.

The Board considered the written Engineering College with o/54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 81, 82, 83, of 18, 20, 22, 23/2/2014 and 1/3/2014 regarding the recommendations of the Committee on special cooperation mechanism with the adoption of a number of research students Graduate studies contained in the sixth and eighth sessions record and ninth and tenth College mentioned in 6/11 and 11/12/13 and 15 and 22/1/2014 as follows:

1. Adoption of the research master’s student (us Abbas fahdel)/Chemical Engineering Department with the Ministry of science and Technology/Department of environment and water.

2. Approval of the research master’s student (Alaa Shakir Mahmood)/electronic engineering and communications with the computer center of the University of Baghdad.

3. Approval of the research master’s student (Alaa Hamza Alwan)/electronic engineering and communications with the computer center of the University of Baghdad.

4. Approval of the research master’s student (Sally Antoine Georges)/electronic engineering and communications with the computer center of the University of Baghdad.

Resolution

Approval of the recommendations of the Commission contained in the record sixth, eighth and ninth and tenth College of engineering for the adoption of a number of research postgraduate students listed in sequence (1-26) above, based on the collaboration mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009 that doesn’t conflict with the help and supervision of graduate students in number and scientific levels.

Graduation ceremonies:

The Council considered the University Council book number 40 o/1050 dated 16/2/2014 and attached to the recommendation of the Council of the College of engineering algorithm taken ninth meeting held on 6/2/2014 on the subject of graduation celebrations stage ended in College, where I recommend Faculty Council approached the Presidency Baghdad University/Rector’s Office for students ‘ graduation ceremony at martyr al-Hakim Hall on Thursday, March 27, 2014 in the absence of an obligation of the University on the day, with commitment Civilized behaviour full for undergraduate students and observe public taste commensurate with the sanctity of the University, he was Assistant Rector for Scientific Affairs, view the topic on the University Council on all colleges and proposes that there be a ceremonial table for all colleges and in courtrooms, and after the debate, the Council adopted resolution.

Graduation ceremonies for students ended in meeting their faculties while maintaining decency and public taste and offer all the celebration to the Presidency College of the University of Baghdad in order to preside over the University participation by University students in their graduation ceremonies.
