Baghdad University Council resolutions – 10th session

 

Tenth session

 

Directions of the minister at the first Board meeting held on 13/2/2014 at Kufa University:

-Stress on distribution of student grant and scholarship the next three months will be distributed soon.

-Form a Committee to study the opinion of body acceptance in the medical group and recommend it.

-A Commission in view of the study of high flow for high school students to College and to propose recommendations on it.

-Emphasis on media and its effect on scientific development and adoption of the achievements of the University for the years 2011, 2012, 2013.

-Urge professors to participate in University channels programs symposiums and seminars and other both within its competence.

-Urge professors to participate on Science, and application filtering is described on the website of the Department of research and development

-Emphasis on uniforms and abide by decency.

President of the Council directives:

Firstly, emphasis on college boards evaluate properly seasoned professors through the presence and extent of participation of College Professor and scientific activity.

II: proposals from Deans of medical group for acceptance in the medical community in line with the requirements of this specialty.

III: students not student grant partner because they receive them from their faculties.

IV: proposals from the deans to the University Presidency about higher flow of students to College Prep study according to specialization and propose recommendations for discussion within the Committee established for that purpose.

V: emphasize the importance of this Saturday’s time for completion of the curriculum and exams, especially Central classes ended.

VI: all University formations when placed plans accept graduate students observe that no exception to supervise graduate students this year, postponed.

VII: hosting and transportation stops due to the end of the first semester and semester exams.

VIII: commitment to uniforms and decency and office hours for students and teaching staff of the University.

Associate Professor Dr. Alaa Kareem Muhammad President Assistant for Scientific Affairs for the twinning program and approval from the Minister of research missions plan for 2014 twinning program and that the seats allocated to the University for doctoral students is 20 seat for doctoral grants (twinning) according to the book Ministry of higher education and scientific research/research and Development Department labeled b t 5/125 on 7/1/2014. Research missions plan for 2014, reaching 68 seat for our University spread over medical group, engineering and Sciences, agriculture and veterinary management and economics as the book Ministry of higher education and scientific research/research and Development Department labeled b t 5/124 dated 7/1/2014. As he described the festive day of science and scientific terms rewards today and eligibility nomination and described on the website (www.rddiraqonline.com) that is described in the book Ministry of higher education and scientific research/research and Development Department labeled b t n 6/822 28/1/2014. And turning Scientific Assistant to pilot projects and is a program of research and Development Department/Ministry of higher education and scientific research.

Extend the teaching service/college of medicine:

The Board considered a note by the administrative section with 449 dated 11/2/2014 contained the recommendation of the Council on the approval of the school of medicine teaching service extension named below, based on article I/II of first amendment law of University service number 32, 2012.

Resolution

Recommend approval to extend the service of Dr. Hassan Yusuf Najjar for a year based on article I/II of first amendment law of University service number 32 year 2012, to reach the retirement age on 1 July 2013 and as shown in the table above.

 

 

Graduation course students to label the school year (2013-2014):

The Board considered a note by the Student Affairs Department, confirmations with u/d/1303, dated 6/2/2014 regarding graduation cycle label for students for school year 2013-2014, based on the book by Ministry of higher education and scientific research/studies, planning and monitoring service/Department of studies and planning of the number 3/386 of 20/1/2014, so I suggest the section label graduation cycle as follows:

– Session of fidelity to Iraq.

– Session of sincerity to Iraq.

– Session of victory over terrorism.

– Session of national cohesion.

Resolution

The Council proposes to nominate students graduate course of the school year 2013-2014 turn national cohesion.

Scientific promotions:

The Board considered the notes by the President of the Central Committee of scientific promotions in whole numbered 58 and 61, dated 17 and 27/11/2013, containing recommendations of the Central Committee of scientific promotions omnibus taken in its third and sixth sessions on 1 and 29/10/2013 on upgrading selves trainers listed in the below to the professorship, completing the scientific upgrade requirements in terms of originality in their research and University Service.

Resolution

1. Approve the upgrade selves listed above teachers professorship, effective dates installed about name them all for completing upgrade requirements in terms of originality in their research and service life of the University on any financial implications before the adoption of this campus.

2. Sending congratulations to selves trainers listed in the above to receive the title of professorship.

 

 

Fiscal levies penalties against my teaching staff in schools (science and pure science education — Ibn al-Haytham, and physical education, medicine):

The Council considered the memoirs Legal Affairs section with number 3193 and 221 and 289 and 314 and 316 historians on 1/12/2013 and 22 and 29/1/f-3/2/2014 involved agreeing to cancel the fiscal levies sanctions my teaching staff in schools (science and pure science education — Ibn al-Haytham, and physical education, medicine). Legal Affairs Department where cancellation of the sanctions mentioned in the above colleges wrote, because conditions for cancelling penalty stipulated in article 13 of the law on discipline of public servants and the public sector (14) of 1991 as amended and stipulated conditions.

Resolution

Agree to cancel sanctions against teachers and staff mentioned in the table above for the conditions for cancelling penalty prescribed in article 13 of the law on discipline of public servants and the public sector (14) of 1991.

Adopt a magazine for publication for scientific promotion:

The Board considered a note by the Central Committee of scientific promotions at springside with 70 dated 30/12/2013, containing the Committee’s recommendation mentioned above taken ninth meeting held on 17/12/2013, on the subject of adoption the Karbala University Medical College magazine for publication for the purposes of scientific promotions, based on the book by a University Faculty of medicine number o/741, dated 1/12/2013.

Resolution

Approve Karbala University Medical College magazine for publishing scientific promotion purposes, due to their compliance checks and instructions window number (36) of 1992 article (10) and for the adoption of scientific journals.

Appointment to provide the school achievements of employees admitted to graduate studies for the academic year (2013-2014):

The Board considered a note graduate with m. d. p/180, dated 5/2/2014, on the section to our profiles of uncles (faculties, institutes, Centre for urban and regional planning for graduate studies) are the two numbers d. p/5962 and 489 dated 29/12/2013 and 3/2/2014 contained notification section above for the names of students who graduate admissions staff for the school year 2013-2014 in terms of their position on study leave, where between the section paragraph (iii) of Application and admission controls/forms required to apply for graduate studies (paragraph 3) provides: the admissions staff bring study leave (45) days of University orders otherwise canceling their acceptance, the Department had explained that:

• All of the faculties (science for girls, physical education, engineering, veterinary medicine, medicine, management, economics, media, pharmaceutical and laser Institute, Institute of genetic engineering and biotechnology), and (Center for urban and regional planning) provided us with the names of students who didn’t bring study leave.

• All of the faculties (engineering algorithm, law, Islamic sciences, Canadian medicine, education for girls, political science) provided us with the names of students who brought study leave.

• Both colleges (pure science education/alhazen, education of Humanities/Averroes, physical education, arts, nursing, agriculture, dentistry, science, fine arts) did not teach us about the attitude of students of study leave yet.

• Note that the answer to the higher Institute of accounting and financial studies were not accurate, so I was inquiring about the school holidays.

Resolution

Give an opportunity for graduate students to bring study leave until 1/3/2014 otherwise cancel admission study.

Extension of the postgraduate students study/ II extension /College of education for women:

The Board considered a note graduate with 120 dated 27/1/2014 on the recommendation of the Council of the College of education for girls in its (15) on 7/1/2014 contained approval:

1. Extension of graduate students study at the College and listed below from accessing to number (1-immortality Edin Mahmoud) until the succession to number (3-Sri Hussein Mohamed) second extension for three months for the purpose of completing their requirements.

2. Extension study doctoral student (An’am Samir Mohi) accessing to number 4 on the list below for extensions II (3) months for the purpose of completing the requirements for study.

Resolution

1. Approve the extension of the study of graduate students in the College of education for girls and listed in the above sequence number (1-immortality Edin Mahmoud) until the sequence number (3-Sri Hussein Mohamed) second extension period (one month only) to complete their requirements.

2. Approve the extension of the duration of the PhD student study (An’am Samir Mohi) sequence number (4) in the above list an extension II for three months for the purpose of completing the requirements for study.

Extension of the postgraduate students study an extension II/College of management and Economics:

The Council considered Graduate Department notes with Dr. p/91, 99, 169 23/1

4/2/2014 regarding the recommendations of the Board of the Faculty of administration and economy at its thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth in the 3, 10, 17/12/2013 contained approval:

1. Extension of graduate students study at the College and listed in the attached list from accessing to number (1-Ahmed Burhan Abd gentlemen) and sequence (28-Nizar Jaber Abboud) second extension for (one to three months) for reasons described about name them all.

2. Extension of graduate students study at the College and listed in the attached list from accessing to number (29-Ahmed Jassim Jabbar) and sequence (42-Rana Hasan Abudi) second extension for 3 months for complete search requirements.

Having considered the above tuition biography and discussion, the Council adopted resolution.

Resolution

1. Approve the extension of the duration of graduate students study at the College and listed in the list annexed hereto from sequence number (1-Ahmed Burhan Abd gentlemen) and sequence (28-Nizar Jaber Abboud) second term extension and justification described about name them all.

2. Agree to extend the duration of graduate students study at the College and listed in the list annexed hereto from sequence number (29-Ahmed Jassim Jabbar) and sequence (42-Rana Hasan abudi) an extension II for two months just for the purpose of completing the search requirements.

Extend master’s student study (APEC Jihad Mohammed)/school:

The Board considered a note graduate with 195 dated language College Council recommendation thirteenth meeting held on 16/1/2014 regarding extension of study master’s student (IBC Jihad Mohammed) described her autobiography in the list attached herewith for four months for the purpose of completing the requirements examined, after seeing the above student school biography and discussion, the Council adopted resolution.

Resolution

Agree to extend the duration of the master’s student study (APEC Jihad Mohammed) for two months just for the purpose of completing the requirements for study.

Mechanism of cooperation/Faculty of engineering:

The Council considered the engineering faculty book number SP/15 of 1/2/2014 containing meeting minutes 3rd meeting of the Committee the cooperation mechanism in College mentioned held on 22/1/2014 regarding:

1. The contracted Assistant Professor Dr Ibrahim Qasim Ibrahim education in electrical engineering in College, with the Ministry of industry and minerals.

2. The contracted teacher teaching Haydar Mohamed Abdel Hamid in environmental engineering in college with Baghdad/Baghdad sewage service.

Based on the cooperation mechanism with the ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related ministry (160) for 2009.

Resolution

Approve:

1. The contracted Assistant Professor Dr Ibrahim Qasim Ibrahim education in electrical engineering in College, with the Ministry of industry and minerals.

2. The contracted teacher teaching Haydar Mohamed Abdel Hamid in environmental engineering in college with Baghdad/Baghdad sewage service.

Based on the cooperation mechanism with the ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related ministry (160), 2009.

Mechanism of cooperation/adoption research postgraduate students/faculty of engineering:

The Board considered the written Engineering College with o. d/23, 24, 31, 33, 34, 38, 39 and s/50, 51 of 28, 30/1 and 2, 13/2/2014, on the recommendations of the Committee for the cooperation mechanism for the adoption of a number of postgraduate research contained in the minutes of the seventh and eighth meetings of the College were mentioned in 27/11 and 11/12/2013 and also comes :

1. Adoption of the research master’s student (loay Kamal Abdel Qader)/electrical engineering with computer center of the University of Baghdad.

2. Approval of the research master’s student (Zainab Saad Hadi)/electrical engineering with computer center of the University of Baghdad.

3. Approval of the research master’s student (Zahra Ibrahim Qasim)/civil engineering with the National Centre for construction research laboratories/Ministry of construction and housing.

4. Approval of the research master’s student (Fatima mutasher rabee ‘ Al-Yasser)/mechanical engineering department with the State company for electrical industries/Ministry of industry and minerals.

5. The adoption of the research master’s student (shaimaa Abdul-Kazim tastes)/mechanical engineering department with the Department of coordination with universities/research and Industrial Development Commission/Ministry of industry and minerals.

6. Approval of the research master’s student (SAFA Nabil Abdul qahhar)/Chemical Engineering Department with petroleum research and Development Center/Ministry of oil.

7. Approval of the research master’s student (Hussein Hatem Saleh)/mechanical engineering department with planning and monitoring service/Ministry of science and technology.

8. Adoption of the research master’s student (aged cream makhailef)/mechanical engineering department with the Ministry of science and Technology/Department of planning and follow up.

9. Adoption of the research master’s student (benign Salal hashosh)/mechanical engineering department with the Ministry of construction and housing/company Hammurabi.

Resolution

Approval of the recommendations of the Commission contained in the minutes of the seventh and eighth meetings of the College of engineering for the adoption of a number of research postgraduate students listed in sequence (1-9) above, based on the collaboration mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009 that doesn’t conflict with the help and supervision of graduate students in number and scientific levels.

Mechanism of cooperation/College of education human sciences/Ibn Rushd:

The Board considered a note of Scientific Affairs Department with the number 95 on 5/2/2014 and the annex to minutes of Committee on cooperation mechanism in education faculty of Humanities/Averroes on:

1. Dr. Dawood Salman, teaching to the mentioned objectives, vocabulary and history books for grades (second and third and fourth and sixth)/Ministry of education except Dr. Jaffar Abbas membership Committee for being impossible to retire.

 2. Involve Dr. Dawood Salman Khalaf and Dr. Mahmoud Turki luhaybi as members of the Committee writing a book Arabic and Islamic civilization to fourth grade literature/Ministry of education.

Based on the cooperation mechanism with the ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related ministry (160) for 2009.

 

Resolution

Approve:
