Baghdad University Council resolutions – 8th session
Eighth session
President of the Council directives:
I: The adoption of a research system programmer within the committees of scientific promotions in colleges to check upgrade transactions by searching the websites of similar research to search for upgrade and can cost the drawing commissions this work too.
II: The work of university theses archive in colleges.
III: Move the private sector through cooperation with companies to support the Ministry’s orientation and university cooperation and meet the needs of the labour market.
IV: Check all graduate and primary transactions accurately from the beginning of acceptance for forgery cases applying the law correctly.
V:hosting students in hot provinces to themselves and try to accommodate them as much as possible by the capacity for different stages in the case of lack of capacity in the morning study gives the student hosting evening classes free of charge.
VI: Obligation to uniforms and dons Deans to pursue the matter in accordance with the directives of the Ministry without Tarrying in the process of applying a uniform.
VII: Emphasis on student absences in preliminary studies and determine who did not initiate and issuing commands for failing by the absence of warnings after them as controls.

Cancel the penalty for faculty members in faculties (of Islamic sciences, science):
The Board considered the notes by the legal affairs section with the two numbers 3293 and 3378 dated 11 and 29/12/2013 two agreeing to cancel the penalty for faculty members in faculties (of Islamic sciences, Sciences) mentioned their names in the following table:
Legal Affairs cancellation penalties imposed by the above mentioned written right kidney, because conditions for cancelling penalty stipulated in article 13 of the law on discipline of public servants and the public sector (14) of 1991 as amended and stipulated conditions, after the debate, the Council adopted resolution:

Agree to cancel the penalty for each of the teaching staff (Dr. Ibrahim Yasin) Faculty of Islamic sciences and education ( Muhsen Al-Araji)/Faculty of science, because conditions for cancelling penalty stipulated in article 13 of the law on discipline of public servants and the public sector (14) of 1991 as amended and stipulated conditions.
Scientific promotions:
The Council considered the notes by the President of the Central Committee of scientific promotions in whole number 54, 55, 56, 57, dated 4, 10, 17/11/2013, contained the recommendations of the Scientific Committee of the University’s central promotions taken in the sixteenth and seventeenth sessions and 5th at 13, 28 and 22/10/2013 on upgrading selves trainers listed in the below to the professorship, completing the scientific upgrade requirements in terms of originality in their research and University Service. After discussion, the Council adopted resolution:
Resolution
1. Approve the upgrade selves listed above teachers professorship, effective dates installed about name them all for completing upgrade requirements in terms of originality in their research and University Service, that the U.S. must not only remove any financial implications before the adoption of this campus.
2. Sending congratulations to selves trainers listed in the above to receive the title of professorship.
Adding two courses to master degree (literature for Arabic language department/ faculty of education for humanities/Ibn Rushd):
The Board considered a note by the Scientific Affairs Department number 937 dated 31/12/2013, on the recommendation of the Board of the Faculty of education-Ibn Rushd Humanities taken its (5) held on 19/11/2013, agreeing to add linguistic studies material master advanced competence in language and literature degree interactive competence of Arabic language section literature, where between the section that was checked before and after amendment curriculum with the vocabulary of the above articles as complete and match the curricula and modules. After discussion, the Council adopted resolution:

Approval of a linguistic studies master advanced competence in language and literature degree interactive competence of Arabic language section in the literature faculty of Humanities – Ibn Rushd.
Additional criteria to regulate the experienced teacher:
The Board considered a note by the Office of the Assistant Rector for Scientific Affairs 6/8/g/256 dated 31/12/2013 and its annex additional standards Committee meeting minutes and modify the form of organization of experienced Professor mode, the problem under a University issue 1 a/7049 of 13/11/2013, based on the League Council resolution adopted by the fourth meeting held on 28 October 2013, after the debate, the Council adopted resolution follows:

The provision of applied research and contracting with State institutions and ministries:
The Council considered the book College of administration and economy No.11697 of 18/12/2013 and attached to the Commission meeting minutes under the University issue 1 a/6746 dated 28/10/2013 and the University Council meeting held on 7/10/2013 to present research study provided by graduate students and mechanism to adopt applied research as well as contracting with State institutions and relevant ministries in question, after the debate, the Council adopted resolution follows:

Endorsing the recommendations of the Commission constituted under the University’s number 1 a/6549 of 28/10/2013 subject-specific research study provided by graduate students and mechanism to adopt applied research as well as contracting with State institutions and ministries related to the research subject and the Commission’s recommendations are circulated to all formations to adopt.
Extension study postgraduate students (second term):
The Board considered notes graduate Dr. numbered/1567, 1529, 1621 in 5, 15 and 22 December 2013, concerning the extension of the duration of study graduate students described their course (attached), (ii) the extension of the duration and the justifications mentioned about name them all, and after the debate, the Council adopted resolution:

Mechanism of cooperation/agriculture:
The Council considered the University Council book number 21 o/8932 29/12/2013 on the recommendation of the Council of the College of agriculture with its open fifth on 16/11 till 27/11/2013 contained the College’s recommendation to approve contracting with the Department of agriculture for the purpose of financing the research master’s student (Neseem Abdel Hamid Hassan)/agricultural mechanization Department/College listed based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009, after discussion has taken Council resolution:

Approval of the Faculty of agriculture has contracted with the Department of agriculture for the purpose of financing the research master’s student (Neseem Abdel Hamid Hassan)/agricultural mechanization Department/College listed based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.
The cooperation mechanism/Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering:
The Board considered a note by the Scientific Affairs Division numbered 9 on 7/1/2014 circulated book engineering algorithm on the recommendation of the fourth meeting of the Faculty Council meeting on 23/10/2013.

Approve the inclusion of the above mentioned research into the mechanism of cooperation between Al-Khwarizmi College of engineering and the Ministry of electricity based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.
Mechanism of cooperation/College of languages:
The Board considered a note by the Scientific Affairs Division 909 number 16/12/2013 and its annex a languages College book number 215 on 8/12/2013 on the recommendation of the Council of the College of languages in its ninth session on 1/12/2013 included agreeing to divest t.a. (Tarek Juma Jawad) teaching staff in the school for one day a week at the Ministry of planning as legal adviser based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) 2009, and after the debate, the Council adopted resolution.

Approval Assistant teacher sabbatical (Tarek Juma Jawad) teaching staff in the school for one day a week at the Ministry of planning as legal adviser based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.
Cooperative mechanism/College of education for women:
The Board considered a note by the scientific Department of the 900 number on 12/12/2013, on the recommendation of the Committee for the cooperation mechanism in the College of education at its meeting on 3/12/2013 included agreeing to divest Prof Adnan Yassin Mustafa teaching staff in College for one day a week in information and decision support center of the Iraqi House of wisdom based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009 After discussion, the Council adopted resolution.

Approve unloaded Prof Adnan Yassin Mustafa teaching staff in College for one day a week in information and decision support center of the Iraqi House of wisdom based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.
Mechanism of cooperation/adoption research postgraduate students/faculty of engineering:
The Board considered the written Engineering College with o. d/99, 101, 102, dated
12 and 15/12/2013, on the recommendations of the Committee for the cooperation mechanism for the adoption of a number of postgraduate research contained in the minutes of the 4th and 5th sessions Engineering Faculty Council on 6 and 23/10/2013 as follows:
1. Adoption of the research master’s student (Mustafa Zahir, goes)/Energy Engineering Department with the Ministry of industry and minerals/General company for design and project implementation (design and consulting company formerly industrial)/Department of human resource management.
2. Approval of the research master’s student (Super hasobi)/Energy Engineering Department with the Ministry of industry and minerals/General company for design and project implementation (design and consulting company formerly industrial)/Department of human resource management.
3. Approval of the research master’s student (blessed Abdul Hassan)/Energy Engineering Department with the Ministry of science and Technology/Department of renewable energies.
Based on the cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009, after the debate, the Council adopted resolution.

Approval of the recommendations of the Commission of the cooperation mechanism in Faculty of engineering for the adoption of a number of research postgraduate students listed in sequence (1-3) above, based on the collaboration mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009 that doesn’t conflict with the help and supervision of graduate students in number and scientific levels.
