University of Baghdad on the top of Iraqis universities for organizational excellence
Baghdad University gained the first place in excellence among the universities of the ministry of higher education and scientific research and all formations according to the criteria established by the secretariat of the cabinet which are included in the report of the e-citizen government on the basis of the citizens affairs offices in Iraqi universities and citizens’ complaints during the month of April 2016. Baghdad University was distinguished as being the less university that received requests and complaints of transport and hosting as well as less administrative grievances and less requests for tuition fees, reduced internal divisions and students’ bonus. It is worth mentioned that e-government project works to evaluate the performance of State institutions in accordance with the international standards adopted by most international organizations concerned with transparency and administrative governance and to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of official institutions.
